This delivery policy applies to all purchases made through our Nordeliv website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery area
We deliver products to customers worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the respective supplier and the origin of the product. Normal delivery time is 2-7 working days. In some cases, the delivery time may be longer for international deliveries, customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
4. Delivery and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if available. Please note that some international shipments do not always offer full tracking.
5. Split deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, they may be delivered separately from different suppliers. You will not pay additional shipping for these split deliveries.
6. Delays and lost shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping companies or events beyond our control. If your shipment has not arrived within 30 days of delivery confirmation, please contact us at [your email address] and we will investigate the matter.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems
